Shop Policies: Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Returns & Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the unique, limited-edition, and custom, made-to-order nature of our artwork. All sales are final.
However, your satisfaction is incredibly important to us. If your order arrives damaged or defective, or if there is a mistake in your printing, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Print-on-Demand & Fulfilled Items Items fulfilled by our print partners (Printify, Finer Works, and Artspan) are produced to order and subject to each partner's quality guarantee. In the case of a defective or damaged item, we will work directly with the fulfillment partner to arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Cancellations: We accept cancellations within 2 hours of purchase. Because our print-on-demand items enter production quickly and original pieces are secured immediately, we cannot cancel orders after this 2-hour window.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your piece arrives damaged during transit:
- Take clear photos of the damage to the artwork and the exterior packaging.
- Contact us through our store's contact page with the photos and your order number.
- We will arrange for a replacement (for prints) or a resolution (for original works) at no additional cost to you.You can always contact us for any return questions at wk@schaefermilesart.com.
