Shop Policies: Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Returns & Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the unique, limited-edition, and custom, made-to-order nature of our artwork. All sales are final.

However, your satisfaction is incredibly important to us. If your order arrives damaged or defective, or if there is a mistake in your printing, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Print-on-Demand & Fulfilled Items Items fulfilled by our print partners (Printify, Finer Works, and Artspan) are produced to order and subject to each partner's quality guarantee. In the case of a defective or damaged item, we will work directly with the fulfillment partner to arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

Cancellations: We accept cancellations within 2 hours of purchase. Because our print-on-demand items enter production quickly and original pieces are secured immediately, we cannot cancel orders after this 2-hour window.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your piece arrives damaged during transit:

  1. Take clear photos of the damage to the artwork and the exterior packaging.
  2. Contact us through our store's contact page with the photos and your order number.
  3. We will arrange for a replacement (for prints) or a resolution (for original works) at no additional cost to you.You can always contact us for any return questions at wk@schaefermilesart.com.
