1. Overview: Schaefer Miles Fine Art operates this website. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. Intellectual Property & Copyright All content on this site, including but not limited to original oil paintings, giclee prints, digital images, and text, is the property of Wendy Schaefer-Miles and Kevin D. Miles.

No Reproduction: Purchase of a print or original artwork does NOT transfer copyright. You may not reproduce, scan, or distribute copies of the artwork for any commercial or personal purpose without express written permission.
3. Print-on-Demand (POD) Fulfillment You acknowledge that our boutique operates on a Print-on-Demand model. By placing an order, you understand that your product is custom-manufactured for you by third-party partners, primarily FinerWorks.

Bespoke Nature: Because these goods are manufactured only upon your request, they are exempt from standard "return to stock" laws. Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled or modified.
4. Accuracy of Representation We strive for the highest color accuracy. However, due to variations in monitor calibrations (brightness/contrast), we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of a color will perfectly match the physical print.

2. Refund Policy
Schaefer Miles Fine Art Boutique: Refund & Replacement Policy
Because all items are custom-printed to order through our fine art partners, we maintain the following policy:
1. Damaged or Defective Items: If your artwork arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will provide a replacement at no cost.

Deadline: Damage must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.

Requirement: Email schmiles@kevinwendyschaefermilesfineart.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged print AND the shipping box.

Resolution: Once verified with FinerWorks, a rush replacement will be sent.
2. Buyer's Remorse & Exchanges Since each piece is custom-made in the size and media you selected, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or decor mismatch. Please measure your wall space carefully before ordering.
3. Lost Packages If a package is lost in transit (tracking does not show "Delivered"), please notify us within 30 days of the order date so we can coordinate a replacement with the printer.
3. Shipping Policy

1. Production Time (Print-on-Demand): Every order is custom-printed. Please allow for the following professional production times before your order ships:

Paper & Unmounted Canvas: 2–4 business days.

Stretched Canvas & Framed Prints: 5–7 business days.

During holiday seasons, please allow an additional 3–5 days for production.
2. Shipping Carriers Most orders ship via UPS or FedEx from our production partner in San Antonio, TX. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your art leaves the facility.
3. International Shipping We currently do not offer international shipping.

How long will it take to receive my art? Since your art is printed to order by FinerWorks, production typically takes 3–5 days, and transit takes another 3–5 days. Most customers receive their art within 10–12 days of ordering.

Can I change my order? We send orders to the printer immediately to ensure fast delivery. Once an order is sent to production, we cannot change the size or media.

What if it arrives damaged? Don't worry! If the carrier was rough with your package, snap a photo of the box and the print and email us at schmiles@kevinwendyschaefermilesfineart.com within 3 days. We will get a new one out to you right away.
